Culverhay ‘PLAY’ Holiday Club Ofsted: EY337313 Culverhay Play Holiday Club is a Holiday play scheme during half terms and the long summer holiday. Here are a list of the dates:
Our main aim is to provide children aged between (5 and 13) the chance to gain new skills and develop the existing talent that they already possess. We look to achieve this objective in a safe and friendly environment and hope that the children attending our course leave having enjoyed themselves and with a smile on their faces. We have a structured day and more importantly a routine that the children will quickly appreciate. We feel that the development of such a routine is important since it gives the children a sense of purpose and enables us to adhere to our session plan. The children attending will also be able to appreciate the importance of play and the benefits that permeate from participating. Within this pack is a timetable of events which illustrates the activities available during the week. They include: sports, arts and crafts, dance, swimming, drama, computing and cooking.

You may have noticed that the price for the whole day has unfortunately increased. This is due to funding from BANES running out; however, we can guarantee that the charge will not rise for at least a year. The price for the whole day (9.00 – 15.00) is £10.00 per child with further reductions for families with more than one child (£1.50 deducted for every further child e.g. 2 children would cost £10.00 + £8.50, 3 children would be £10.00 + £8.50 + £7.00 and so on). This is to be paid on the day or days of attendance.
